This charming property is set in its own peaceful private garden within the grounds of Timber Hill and has been renovated to a high standard.

On the ground floor off the entrance porch there is a light and spacious living area featuring a stone fireplace with woodburning stove, dining table and chairs and lounge furniture. There is a TV/DVD and CD player. Wifi is available free of charge. The kitchen is fully fitted and has electric cooker, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a bath with overhead shower. Provided in the cottage are a hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, mop and bucket and broom.

The first floor, accessed by fairly steep stairs (fitted with safety gates) has two pretty bedrooms, a spacious double and a twin. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Duvets and pillows are provided and beds are made up.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout and the kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating.

Outside there is a sunny patio with picnic bench and a peaceful lawned area. Your Hot Tub is set within this private garden area. There is ample parking for two vehicles.
