We are currently having to make decisions and take actions which were unimaginable a few weeks ago.
With our quiet location and well spaced lodges we had hoped to continue to honour bookings throughout. However, further to directives from the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, along with government advice, we are sadly closing the site at Timber Hill from Monday 23rd of March until Monday June 1st
This decision has been made in light of challenging and unprecedented conditions for the whole of the UK as a result of the uncertainty caused by COVID-19, and particular challenges facing the hospitality & tourism industries. We have made this decision to protect public health, reduce strain on the local health service and to protect guests & staff.
We will be contacting all of our guests with existing bookings prior to the 1st June, to offer refunds or alternative dates when the crisis is over. We are following advice from the British Holiday & Home Parks Association in line with government advice and will extend this period if necessary.
If your circumstances allow, our team would love to welcome you back at another time, this will mean you have a holiday to look forward to in the future and will help us sustain our longstanding family business and the local businesses we support.
We understand that this will not be possible for everyone and if you prefer a refund you may of course choose this option and refunds will be processed as promptly as possible.
This is an incredibly difficult time for the whole of Pembrokeshire, Wales and the United Kingdom and our thoughts are with those affected by this rapidly changing situation. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you to Timber Hill in the future.
