Information for guests regarding COVID-19 procedures.

Please note that unfortunately the laundry and games room will remain closed until the current government restrictions on these shared spaces are lifted.
We would like to reassure our guests that our lodges and cottage, will be professionally cleaned using an enhanced cleaning regime in accordance with current guidelines.
In order to help us to reduce the risk of the spread of infection please note the following advice:
- You may arrive any time after 4:30pm and departure is strictly by 10:00am.
This is in order to allow maximum time for cleaning/airing the property.
- You will receive details of your booking, including the location of your lodge via email so on arrival you may go straight to the property without need for check-in.
- If you arrange for a supermarket delivery please do so for a time when you will be available to receive it, to minimize the time the vehicle is on site.
- Where possible please bring consider bringing groceries etc with you to lessen the impact on local services.
- Please observe social distancing advice in all areas of the site and in the local community.
Please do not travel if any member of the party is displaying symptoms.
