Bookings
Bookings are normally from
Saturday to Saturday although Friday arrivals, short breaks or
other special requirements can usually be arranged.
Booking Deposit
Books should be completed and
returned accompanied by a deposit of
£100 per week - £50 for less than a week booked. Balance
of letting fee is required four weeks prior to the visit. Cheques
should be made payable to "Timber Hill Leisure
Ltd". Most major credit cards accepted.
Vacancies
To avoid disappointment may
we suggest an alternative date is given. We will of course do our
best to provide your first choice and confirm by return of post.
Please note that the price
includes electricity (no slot meters), VAT at current
rate.

General Information
Duvets and pillows are provided.
Highchairs and cots available. Cot linen is not supplied,
but waterproof sheets are available for beds. Please indicate on
the booking form if these items are required.
Mobile phone reception for Orange and Vodaphone. Reception for other networks currently cannot be guaranteed everywhere at Timber Hill.
In the event of any breakages, could you please inform
us as soon as convenient.
Arrival and Departure
The lodges will be clean and ready for occupation
by 3.30 p.m. Visitors leaving are requested to do so by 10.00 a.m.
Provisions
Fresh milk and eggs are available on the premises.
The nearest shops are at Broad Haven with the main supermarkets (Tesco,
Morrisons) at Haverfordwest.
Laundry Facilities
As washing lines cannot be permitted, coin operated
washing machines, spin dryer and tumble dryer are available on the
site. The Laundry Room also contains information on the area, places
to visit, etc. There is also a public telephone.
